Mr. Glen-Walker's corporate career began in the executive offices of an International Airport, before venturing off to college earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Morehead State University. Intellectually curious, Mr. Glen-Walker taught himself relational databases and computer programming to solve business challenges in his early career.
Matthew joined Springer Financial in 2006 as an unlicensed investment assistant, and his responsibilities have increased with his growing skill sets, licenses, education, and experience. Mr. Glen-Walker holds Series 7, 63, and 66 investment licenses. Today, Matthew serves as Springer Financial Services primary liaison to investment colleagues, and he is responsible for managing the firm’s advisory business reporting and trade execution. Matthew maintains a focus on client achievement and success, and drives internal research, reporting, and analysis. His business acumen, education and multi-industry experience brings a host of analytical tools to engineer reports and processes, manage efficient trade execution and analyze data.
In 2021 Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. Matthew's passion is helping investors make prudent decisions and he is a believer in lifelong learning, passionate about growing as a leader and skillful communicator.
In his leisure, you can find Matthew in, on, or around the water. When indoors, he enjoys researching antique prints, stamps, historical documents, and family history as he is a fourth-generation Fort Worthian. Additionally, Matthew strives to serve as a mentor to members of his community.
